Develop ERP modules or add-ons Description An agricultural-sector company with presence in the Bajío region is looking for: Position: **Mid-Level Software Developer** * Requirements: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Web Development, IT, or related field. * English language proficiency: Basic to Intermediate level * Intermediate-level knowledge: C#, ASP.NET, MAUI, Telerik, .NET Core, REACT, Git version control, code management and collaboration tools, relational and/or non-relational databases (SQL Server), technical documentation tools. * Experience: 2–3 years in desktop software development. * Location: Los Rodriguez, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato Responsibilities: * Project Management: Meet daily task progress goals and ensure milestone deadlines are met. * Technical Review: Conduct *periodic code reviews* to guarantee application quality and security. * ERP Module or Add-on Development. * Technical Liaison: Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the team. * Standards Compliance: Monitor adherence to best practices and proper use of version control tools. * Preventive Maintenance: Manage resolution of production-reported incidents.
