




* **Position Objective:** Carry out transactional activities related to fixed assets, focused on foreign trade processes. Register, verify, label, and inventory domestic and imported assets, ensuring compliance with customs and tax regulations. **Requirements:** **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Accounting, Financial Administration, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar roles (internship experience accepted). **Language:** Basic/intermediate English. **Desired Knowledge:** Basic finance, Foreign trade, Fixed asset control, Handling of customs documentation (customs entries, invoices, certificates), ERP systems and inventory management platforms. * **Responsibilities:**Identify, verify, and label domestic and imported fixed assets. Conduct physical inventories together with involved departments. Permanently remove exported assets from the system. Perform physical and documentary audits (brand, model, serial number, label). Place labels on nodes and internal nodes. Propose solutions for discrepancies identified during inventories. Support compliance with foreign trade regulations and Customs Law. * **Professional Competencies:**Register imported fixed assets.
