




We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the accounting department, handling administrative tasks and collaborating on financial processes. The ideal candidate must have strong Excel skills and basic accounting knowledge to ensure accuracy and efficiency in departmental operations. **Location**: Work area: **San Pedro de los Pinos**, CDMX. **Responsibilities:** * Record and organize daily accounting transactions in the system. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Manage administrative and financial documentation, such as invoices, receipts, and journal entries. * Prepare financial reports and Excel pivot tables. * Identify and propose improvements to administrative and accounting processes. **Requirements:** * **Education**: Technical degree or student in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in similar roles (preferably in accounting departments). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Basic or Intermediate). * Basic accounting knowledge (Mandatory). * Experience with COI and NOI accounting systems. **We offer**: * Salary between **$9,500 and $12,000** per month, depending on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Monthly punctuality bonus. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturday).
