A leading company in towing and rescue services is seeking specialized talent to strengthen the operational security of our units. OPEN POSITION: MONITOR — Transportation and Logistics LOCATION: Querétaro WE OFFER: Monthly salary: $13,000 gross, plus productivity bonus based on results; bi-weekly payment; statutory benefits: Social Security, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), vacation days; job stability; opportunity for growth and continuous learning; schedule: availability to rotate across 3 shifts (6:00 AM–2:00 PM; 2:00–10:00 PM; 10:00 PM–6:00 AM); however, during the first month of training, the schedule will be 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Candidates must have experience in: - GPS-based process monitoring within the logistics sector - Monitoring at any company, even if less than 6 months RESPONSIBILITIES: - Analyze operational and cybersecurity risks associated with tow trucks and active units - Monitor company units in real time (status, location, cameras, sensors) - Report risk situations: inactive units without justification; covered or inactive cameras; suspicious or off-route locations - Generate daily/weekly risk control reports - Coordinate with other departments to implement corrective security measures - Support continuous improvement of monitoring and security processes. IMPORTANT: The candidate must reside near the company’s headquarters in Querétaro.
