**Job Description** **Position Objective** Support the company's financial management by ensuring proper budget planning, results control, tax compliance, and efficient treasury and liquidity operations. Will be responsible for coordinating the finance and accounting team, generating reliable information for management decision-making. **Location:** Behind Antea Plaza. **Responsibilities** * Lead **monthly and annual financial planning**, including rolling forecast and variance analysis. * Prepare executive reports for the Executive Committee (sales, P\&L, cash flow, channel profitability, customer margins). * Develop and implement **financial efficiency strategies**, cost reduction, and resource optimization. * Coordinate monthly accounting closings and supervise accounting operations. * Lead the following teams: * Credit and Collections * Accounts Payable * Billing * Treasury and Payments * Budget and Cost Control * Implement financial analysis tools such as **Power BI, advanced Excel, ERP, and dashboards**. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or Engineering with a financial focus. * 5\+ years of professional experience in financial areas. * 3\+ years leading financial or accounting teams. * Experience in consumer goods, food, retail, or perishable goods companies. * Strong understanding of cost structures, internal controls, and financial analysis. * Proficiency in technological tools (ERP, advanced Excel, Power BI). * Residence in Querétaro or willingness to relocate. **We Offer** * Opportunity to lead the finance function in a high-growth company. * High level of autonomy and strategic exposure with the executive team. * Innovative, collaborative, and purpose-driven culture. * Competitive compensation based on profile and experience.
