A mechanical designer is qualified to create from machine concepts to develop automatic machines integration according to customer specifications and mechanical standards following ergonomic and safety requirements. These activities require the use of software design, pneumatic and mechanical components selection, knowledge in areas such as material properties, finishes and hardness, and additionally is in charge of creating related documentation to design like BOMs, user and maintenance guides, cycle time analysis,sensors layout, pneumatic schematics and parts and assemblies drawings. Key Responsibilities: * Mechanical 3D design * Milling and commercial parts BOMs creation * Parts and assembly drawing and interpretation, including pneumatics diagrams * Understand costumer specifications, ergonomics and safety norms * Support during equipment assembly, validation and commissioning * Documentation: User guide, maintenance manual, sensors layout, cycle time analysis * On\-site customer requirements * Machine concepts Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Design, Manufacturing). Experience: * Minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical design Technical Skill: * SolidWorks design and simulation * Experience in automatic machines design such as: EOLT, OAT, Fixtures, Gages, Conveyors, Jigs, Press, screwing sytems, etc. * Pneumatic and Assembly Drawings interpretation (GD\&T) * Pneumatic and mechanical components selection (FRL, manifolds, cylinders, conveyors, etc.) * Electrical equipment selection: sensors, cameras, etc. * Materials and finish selection Attributes: * Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. \*\*\*Interview in English. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. * Analytical Nice\-to\-Haves: * PDM SolidWorks software * German is a plus Job type: Full-time Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $36,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance Work schedule: * 8-hour shift Application question(s): * Years of Experience?
