**Objective:** Plan construction projects and supervise, especially infrastructure area, budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of projects. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and direct construction projects * Review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. * Supervise all on-site and off-site construction to monitor compliance with safety and construction standards. * Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors * Fulfill contractual execution conditions. * Review work progress daily. * Prepare internal and external reports related to work status. * Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues * Negotiate agreement terms, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses. * Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks **Requirements:** * Proven work experience in construction management. * Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, tools, and methods. * Expert knowledge of construction products, construction details, and relevant quality rules, regulations, and standards. * Understanding of all facets of the construction process. * Familiarity with construction management software packages. * Ability to plan and see the "big picture" * Competent in conflict and crisis management We offer: * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Full-time Monday to Friday * Half-day Saturdays Leadership and human resource management skills Excellent time and project management skills. **Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.** Job type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Starting from $50,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
