Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and analytical Warehouse and Procurement Analyst to efficiently manage inventory, procurement, and material supply, ensuring operational control. Job stability Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM We seek an organized, analytical, and operationally focused Warehouse and Procurement Analyst to ensure efficient control of inventory, procurement, and material supply. Responsibilities: * Manage internal purchase requisitions and track procurement activities. * Monitor delivery timelines for goods and services. * Receive, organize, and label products. * Conduct warehouse and physical/cycle inventory control. * Manage maximum/minimum stock levels, shrinkage, and adjustments. * Code and record materials. * Prepare reports and compile documentation files. * Participate in process audits. * Maintain inventory records for internal and external technicians. Requirements: * Technical degree, Bachelor's degree, or Engineering degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in: * Inventory control * Procurement and requisitions * Receiving and coding of materials * Stock and shrinkage reporting * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas). * ERP experience (CONTPAQi, Zoho, or similar). * Age between 25 and 35 years.
