Minimum 6 months of experience as a Technical Support Technician. Job Responsibilities: Planning of field technical support visits. Driving a standard vehicle with a valid driver’s license. Updating, installing, and replacing operating systems at point-of-sale locations. Updating and installing equipment at point-of-sale locations. Installing and supporting peripherals. Diagnosing and resolving internet connectivity issues, and reporting to the service provider. Installing and supporting CCTV systems. Installing and supporting Telecommunications equipment (routers, switches, access points). Performing preventive maintenance on installed devices. Recording all activities in the mobile app. Required Knowledge: Basic networking knowledge. Hardware repair. Daily software and hardware support for end users.
