Job Summary: We are seeking a Vehicle Conditioner to perform the physical preparation and washing of new vehicles for customer delivery, following the organization's processes. Key Highlights: 1. Handling and conditioning of vehicles within the dealership **A company with 70 years of experience in the automotive market, certified by "Great Place to Work".** **FORD ATIZAPAN** **Hiring: Vehicle Conditioner** **Purpose:** Physical preparation of newly sold units for customer delivery, including installation of parts, floor mats, etc., as well as washing and moving the unit to corresponding areas (reception, conditioning, delivery) according to the Organization's processes. **Requirements:** * **Age:** Over 25 years old * **Education:** Technical degree * **Location:** Must reside in Atizapán or surrounding areas **Experience:** Vehicle washing at dealerships, handling and transportation of units within the dealership, preparation and conditioning of new vehicles for customer delivery. * **Specific knowledge:** * Pressure washing using machinery (Karcher). * Proper use of cleaning materials and products for new vehicles. * Installation of accessories and auto parts (floor mats, additional components, etc.). * Physical preparation of new units for delivery. * Cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment (Karcher, vacuum cleaner, dryer). * Identification and reporting of paint damage or imperfections. * Basic handling of administrative forms. **Skills / Competencies:** * Attention to detail. * Organization and cleanliness in the work area. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Basic operational problem-solving. * Proactivity. * Sense of urgency. * Ability to follow established processes and procedures. **We Offer:** $11,950 gross monthly \+ performance bonus **Statutory Benefits:** * Social security. * Vacation days. * Vacation bonus. **Additional Benefits:** * Life insurance. * 30-day year-end bonus. * Savings fund. * Savings account. * Reimbursement for major medical expenses. * Birth and bereavement assistance. * Cafeteria service. * Profit-sharing. * Uniforms. * Agreements with various universities. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Work Location:** Av Lago de Guadalupe Lt. 2\-Mz 32\-a, Villas de la Hacienda, 52929 Cdad.
