Join our mission to transform the restaurant industry through innovative technology! **What will you do?** * Resolve technical inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email). * Perform software diagnostics and provide effective solutions to issues reported by customers. * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base with common solutions and best practices. * Train customers on basic and advanced software usage, as needed. * Escalate complex issues to the senior technical support team or development team when necessary. **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
