




Position Summary: CONOS DE PUEBLA is seeking a Credit and Collections Assistant to manage collections, update databases, ensure compliance with performance indicators, generate reports, and apply payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages collections from customers and key accounts by phone. 2. Updates payment and portfolio maturity databases. 3. Prepares daily collection reports and bank account statements. CONOS DE PUEBLA IS SEEKING AN ASSISTANT FOR THE CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT JOB DESCRIPTION: * Conduct collection activities for various customers and key accounts via telephone. * Enter and update customer payment and portfolio maturity data in the database. * Ensure compliance with departmental performance indicators and analyze them for continuous improvement. * Always verify that customer debt information is reliable. * Prepare a daily collection report for company customers. * Update the daily bank account statement and apply corresponding payments to each customer. * Issue freight waybills and maintain an updated account statement for each trip. * Issue invoices only for packaging materials against deposits where the customer does not require an invoice. **EDUCATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING OR FINANCE** MUST HAVE TIME AVAILABILITY ADMINISTRATIVE SCHEDULE: MONDAY–FRIDAY, 8:00 A.M.–6:00 P.M., AND SATURDAYS, 8:00 A.M.–1:00 P.M.
