Quality and Safety Laboratory is seeking: **Chemist Microbiology Analyst** **Responsibilities:** As a Chemist Microbiology Analyst, you will be responsible for conditioning, preparing, and analyzing samples requested for microbiological testing. You will also prepare culture media, solutions, and reagents required to perform analyses according to the activities described in our Quality Management System based on the current Mexican Standard NMX\-EC\-17025\-IMNC. Additionally, you will maintain records of all necessary information to enable effective traceability of any performed analysis. You must keep assigned equipment in good working condition and carry out microbiological testing for both indicator organisms and pathogens using traditional or rapid methods in food matrices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Chemistry, or related field.
