Plan, direct, and control the comprehensive execution of a **large-scale road infrastructure project**, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory requirements, as well as proper coordination with state and federal authorities, including **direct interaction with the State Government**. *\* A MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN DEPRESSED BRIDGES IS MANDATORY.* **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the **planning, execution, and supervision** of highly complex road infrastructure projects. * Coordinate construction works such as **bridges, depressed grade separations, traffic interchanges, and special structures**. * Represent the project technically before **government agencies** (state and federal levels). * Maintain direct and strategic communication with the **State Government**, secretariats, and regulatory bodies. * Manage multi-million-dollar budgets and control costs, estimates, and construction progress. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (site supervisors, inspectors, contractors, designers). * Ensure compliance with technical, legal, and environmental standards (SCT, CONAVI, state regulations). * Manage project-related risks, social conflicts, and technical challenges. * Prepare and present high-level executive reports. **Profile Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * Civil Engineering degree (official diploma and professional license required). * Preferred: Master’s degree in Infrastructure, Construction Management, or related field. **Experience:** * **10 to 15 years of verifiable experience** in road infrastructure projects. * Direct experience in **bridges, traffic interchanges, depressed grade separations, and large-scale construction works**. * Prior experience in government-led projects (similar to those managed by **CONAVI, SCT, SEDATU, or equivalent agencies**). * Demonstrable track record managing socially and politically high-impact projects. **Technical Knowledge** * SCT regulations and CONAVI guidelines. * Construction planning and control (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools). * Budgeting, financial control, and cost estimation. * Construction processes for major structures. * Contract management and contractor supervision.
