We are looking for passionate individuals with the following profile: **Project Administrator** **Position Objective:** Support the Project Leader in certain Project Management activities, typically on complex projects where the Project Leader will focus more on client communication. Generate reports, track site and central office purchases to ensure construction site supplies are available, and organize construction drawings in the field. **Main Functions and Activities:** * Support the Project Leader in establishing a communication channel with the client (submittals, change orders, logs, estimates). * Assist the Project Leader in tracking information requested by the client. * Support the Project Leader in monitoring and reviewing the executive project and execution progress with the design department. * Once developed and drawings are ready, deliver them to the client and construction team (site). * Support the Project Leader in tracking the purchasing schedule and ensure the site team carries it out at least. * Conduct a weekly meeting; ensure the superintendent requests fund releases for payments to suppliers and subcontractors. **Requirements:** * Architect or Civil Engineer (Degree/Professional License) * \+1 years of experience in similar positions * Intermediate English **Competencies and Skills:** * Active Communication * Teamwork * Administrative Control * Commitment * Leadership * Organization **Knowledge:** * MS Project * AutoCAD * Office Suite * Construction processes in industrial facilities **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Insurance and Life Insurance after the first year of employment * Savings Fund Work Location: Nuevo Laredo Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch) \- Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm Apply through this platform and if you meet the requirements, we will contact you.
