Job Summary: We are seeking a technical leader for an agile development team comprising .NET, UX/UI, database, and QA professionals, who will build a multi-user SaaS platform from scratch. Key Responsibilities: * Help define the future of our CCH business by building a multi-user SaaS platform from scratch for global use. * Thrive successfully in this entrepreneurial environment, supported financially by an established large corporation. * Play a pivotal role as the technical leader—defining the framework, technology stack, processes/best practices, and culture of a new world-class Agile team located in Agile Neighborhoods. * Lead an agile team of .NET developers, UX/UI developers, database developers, QA engineers/analysts, and business analysts to drive development of our cloud-based modular audit application Axcess—a business-critical application. * Guide the development and delivery of multi-layered, maintainable, and highly scalable web-based PaaS applications built on Microsoft’s technology stack (VS 201X / .NET 4\.X / C\# / JavaScript / SQL). Work in agile teams following Agile \+ SAFe methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time, while meeting performance and localization requirements. * Develop applications using cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS). Key Requirements: * 8+ years of programming experience with web technologies, C\# and Angular; at least 3 years as a Senior Software Development Engineer or Technical Leader with similar duties and responsibilities. * 5+ years of experience with ASP.Net Web API or ASP.Net MVC, JavaScript, JSON, and REST. * 3+ years of experience developing Single-Page Applications (SPA) using Angular, React, or similar technologies. * 1+ year of experience with document-based NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cosmos DB. * Proficiency in object-oriented design and development, applying industry best practices in software development. * In-depth technical knowledge of microservices and/or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). * Experience with Azure PaaS and SaaS technologies, including App Services, Web Apps, logging via Application Insights, Azure Service Bus, etc. * Extensive technical knowledge of Continuous Integration and Delivery (CID) within DevOps. * Deep understanding of SOLID design principles and patterns. * **Advanced/Conversational English** Salary: $60,000\.00 \- $110,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Monterrey, N.L.
