About the role The Graphic Design Lead will translate strategy into clear, consistent, and engaging visual experiences. This role goes beyond designing individual pieces—it's about building coherent visual systems that are aesthetically sensitive and adaptable to brands with diverse identities. This hybrid role based in Monterrey requires critical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability to handle cultural, corporate, or governmental projects with equal precision and aesthetic sensibility. What you'll achieve * Create visual identities and consistent graphic systems. * Design assets for omnichannel campaigns (social media, email, blogs, BTL activations, presentations). * Contribute to digital experience through basic UX/UI knowledge (clear navigation, clean interfaces). * Collaborate with marketing to translate insights and data into meaningful visuals. * Conceptualize and produce pieces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and narrative. * Maintain visual consistency across multiple projects and industries. Required skills * Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, advanced Canva). * Basic knowledge of UX/UI and responsive design. * Ability to conceptualize and translate insights into clear and compelling visuals. * Attention to detail and pursuit of harmony in every deliverable. * Adaptability to manage projects across different industries with varied styles. * Organization, time management, and openness to feedback. * Strong communication skills to collaborate with creative, data, and marketing teams.
