**Job Requirements**
* 2\-3 years of experience as a MIG and TIG welding supervisor.
* Extensive knowledge of welding processes.
* Knowledge of welding equipment.
* Proficiency in using measuring instruments.
* Knowledge of drawing interpretation.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and supervise daily welding team activities.
* Verify that welding procedures and common areas are properly followed.
* Monitor and adjust the production schedule and activities to meet planned targets, establishing priorities.
* Reduce downtime.
* Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas.
* Prepare applicable production reports.
* Ensure availability of necessary resources to meet planned objectives.
* Control of information and documents; collection and retention of production records.
* Participation in Root Cause Analysis of non-conformities.
* Continuous improvement of work processes.
* Development of competencies for subordinates, training them to achieve optimal results.
