Ensure execution of maintenance work on plant equipment and their proper functionality. Maintain efficient use of supplies, while developing and optimizing the skills of all maintenance personnel to fulfill all departmental functions. Perform maintenance on production and service equipment to eliminate rework. Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance on production and service equipment to ensure machinery remains in optimal condition at all times. Record supply consumption and corrective maintenance activities for analysis and propose continuous improvements. Comply with the environmental and quality management system applicable to the area. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Manage training and coaching of personnel under supervision, ensuring all staff possess the necessary skills and knowledge for daily tasks. Participate in continuous improvement projects. Apply TPM tools and teamwork practices to optimize maintenance execution at the plant · Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering. Experience with Quality and Environmental Standards. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Engineer. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in teams and under pressure. Knowledge of: Environmental and Safety Standards Interaction with CONAGUA, Civil Protection, Ministry of Labor Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency Intermediate to Advanced English (Desirable) Basic technical knowledge in Electricity, Electrical Diagram Interpretation, Mechanics, Pneumatics, Instrumentation, Hydraulics, Electronics.
