We are seeking a Remote Support Lead to lead and ensure an exceptional customer service experience aligned with Apple standards. *** Primary Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the remote support team. * Provide remote technical support to customers (software, configuration, initial diagnostics). * Track tickets and escalated cases in accordance with Apple processes. * Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. * Train and provide feedback to the support team. * Coordinate with technical departments and service centers for proper case resolution. * Generate operational and performance reports for the department. *** Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in remote technical support or help desk. * Prior experience coordinating or leading teams (desirable). * Knowledge of the Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iPadOS) (desirable). * Proficiency with ticketing and remote support tools. * Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and problem-solving ability. !!!
