Job Summary: We are seeking a Solutions Architect with strong expertise in software and cloud architecture, focused on designing modern architectures, business-oriented observability, and operational analytics for microservice-based platforms. Currently, we are looking for a **Solutions Architect** to join our \#xpertlovers family. **Role Objective** We seek a Solutions Architect with solid technical capabilities in software and cloud architecture, and interest or experience in modern observability, transactional monitoring, and operational analytics. The role will participate in the design and evolution of modern microservice-, API-, and event-based architectures, ensuring end\-to\-end platform visibility through business- and operationally-focused observability strategies. Experience or knowledge of New Relic is highly valued, including data source integration, executive/technical dashboard design, and custom visualization development using Nerdlets and JavaScript. **Key Responsibilities** **Architecture and Technical Design** Design modern architectures based on: * Microservices * APIs * Event\-Driven Architecture (EDA) * Containers and Kubernetes * Cloud and on\-premise integrations Participate in architectural decisions focused on: * Scalability * Availability * Resilience * Observability * Security * Provide technical guidance to development, DevOps, and QA teams. * Translate business requirements into technically viable and maintainable solutions. **Observability and Monitoring** * Define technical and functional observability strategies. * Design dashboards that deliver real value to business, operations, and support teams. * Define relevant metrics, logs, traces, and KPIs for digital platforms. * Build dashboards oriented toward: Platform health, User experience, Transactional performance, Capacity, Availability, Proactive incident detection, Integration of applications and services with observability platforms. **New Relic Integration and Visualization (Desirable / Plus)** * Configure and integrate data sources into New Relic. * Work with: Ingestion APIs, Custom telemetry, NRQL, Custom events, Advanced dashboards * Participate in building custom visualizations using: Nerdlets, NerdGraph, JavaScript / React * Design modern visual experiences within New Relic, tailored for operations and business stakeholders. **AI Knowledge Applied to the Role** Use of AI-powered development assistants such as: * GitHub Copilot * OpenAI ChatGPT * Anthropic Claude * Kiro * Gemini Use of AI for: * Script generation * NRQL queries * Analysis automation * Technical troubleshooting * Documentation generation * Dashboard creation * JavaScript/React code generation for custom visualizations Ability to construct effective prompts and leverage technical context. Interest in AI trends applied to observability, AIOps, and operational automation. **Required Experience** * 4–7 years of experience in software development, integration, architecture, or cloud and transactional platform projects. * Minimum 2 years serving as an architect in: Solution design, Application architecture, System integration, Observability or platform monitoring. * Experience with: Microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms, Distributed ecosystems. * Specific New Relic experience is considered a plus: Dashboard construction, NRQL, telemetry integrations, ingestion APIs, Nerdlets, and custom visualizations. **Academic Background** * Bachelor's degree (mandatory) * Systems Engineering * Software Engineering * Electronics Engineering * Specialization in software engineering or related field (desirable) * Desirable certifications: * Microsoft Azure * Amazon Web Services * Kubernetes **Conversational English Level**: B2 **Employment Terms:** * **Indefinite-term contract** * **Salary: 65\.000 MXN** * **On-site work** Monthly salary: $65,000\.00 Work location: On-site employment
