Promote the presence and growth of Fundación Lazos within the assigned state by driving strategies for **sponsorships converted into recurring donations**, thereby strengthening the organization’s financial sustainability and educational impact. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and manage new **sponsors and recurring donors** who contribute to the Foundation’s budget. * Develop and maintain an **active pipeline of prospects**. * Attend **meetings, appointments, and presentations** with individuals, companies, or stakeholder groups to promote sponsorship. * **Plan, organize, and execute** local or statewide fundraising events. * Present institutional proposals and follow up on donations and initial payments. * Re-engage sponsors who canceled within the past year. * Manage **tax-deductible receipts and administrative reports**. * Use digital tools (Teams, Canva, WhatsApp Business, Meta Ads, etc.) for campaigns and tracking. * Monitor monthly **acquisition, retention, and performance metrics**. * Prepare progress reports, lessons learned, and opportunities for continuous improvement. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, communications, public relations, or related fields. * **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in consultative sales, fundraising, public relations, or similar roles. * **Knowledge:** * Public relations and networking. * Campaign and event coordination. * Multichannel prospecting (social media, email, phone, WhatsApp, referrals). * Proficiency with digital tools: Teams, Canva, Google Workspace, Meta Ads, etc. * **Key Skills:** Negotiation, assertive communication, results orientation, and creativity. * **Mobility:** Personal vehicle preferred. * **Travel Availability:** Occasional. **Position Conditions** * **Schedule:** Flexible, aligned with goal achievement. * **Tools:** Tablet and mobile phone provided by the Foundation. * **Compensation Structure:** Base salary + commissions for achieved targets + weekly KPI-based commissions (uncapped).
