Job Summary: This role involves meticulous record-keeping, equipment management, report generation, procedure elaboration, active meeting participation, and strict adherence to quality and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and maintains project and equipment records. 2. Develops and updates operating procedures. 3. Ensures compliance with internal audits and standards. 1. Prepare and maintain all project-related records in legible and understandable handwriting. 2. Properly use and manage assigned equipment, and maintain records of maintenance, calibration, and verification in required digital archives (server) as well as in equipment files. 3. Report equipment failures and any repairs performed, accessory replacements, to the immediate supervisor, and complete corresponding records and forms. 4. Develop operating procedures when required to implement a new technique or official Mexican standard, including updating existing procedures. 5. Attend scheduled meetings promptly and participate actively; maintain personal logbook. 6. Follow up on equipment calibration and maintenance programs according to the established schedule available on the Intranet. 7. Report and interpret sampling results. 8. Detect and/or prevent any malfunction of operated equipment, immediately report it, and follow up on the PAC regarding identification of equipment service status. 9. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and order in the work area, strictly adhering to the Internal Work Regulations and the Safety and Hygiene Manual; report any instances of misconduct. 10. Conduct internal audits; cooperate with internal auditors, perform root cause analysis for nonconformities identified in work areas, implement corrective and/or preventive actions generated, and consistently operate under our QMS. 11.
