A reputable company specializing in system development and implementation is seeking a **Solutions Developer and Builder** **PURPOSE** We require a professional skilled in high-level programming languages to create and/or modify the programs that constitute systems while leading client meetings. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze requirements and convert them into clear, functional solutions * Lead meetings with clients and provide timely follow-up * Program and implement directly with the client * Implement systems and train users/clients * Maintain consistent and professional communication (email, phone calls) * Travel and work directly with clients when necessary * High-level programming for system development and modification * Development and implementation of solutions (primarily process-oriented, e.g., e-commerce or platform integration) * Quality assurance testing and functionality validation * Basic documentation of implemented solutions **POSITION CHALLENGES** * Balance client expectations with technical capabilities and realistic delivery timelines * Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously * Use procedural programming languages for projects * Participate in projects requiring **high operational involvement** **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field (including self-taught programmers) * Prior experience in **SMEs** or highly autonomous environments * Experience managing clients (meetings, negotiation, conflict resolution) * Willingness and availability to travel occasionally within Mexico * Proficiency in programming and development for client-facing implementation **Knowledge:** * Programming (programming logic) * Business processes (client meetings, billing, collections, etc.) * Procedural programming languages (Visual Basic or .NET, PHP, C language) * Databases and system implementation * Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * English – Desirable **Skills and Competencies:** * Abstract thinking * Initiative * Strong ability to **solve problems and make decisions** * Excellent communication and client interaction skills * Ability to handle challenging situations with clients * Practical programming knowledge * Strong **analytical and problem-solving abilities** * Excellent **communication, organizational, and follow-up skills** **SALARY, SCHEDULE, AND LOCATION** * $20,000–$25,000 net monthly + statutory benefits * Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–1:30 PM and 3:00 PM–6:30 PM; occasional Saturdays may be required * Colinas de San Jerónimo; Galerías MTY area Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $20,000.00–$25,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have prior experience working in SMEs? * Are you willing and available to travel occasionally, as required for client visits?
