




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional with experience in servers, networks, cybersecurity, and equipment maintenance, and who enjoys fieldwork. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced experience in servers, networks, cloud computing, and firewalls 2. Proficiency in corrective and preventive maintenance of PCs and networks 3. Enthusiasm for fieldwork and human development Mandatory Experience: Proficiency in Servers (Windows Server 2012 and 2022), RAID, Terminal Services, and Cloud Computing at an advanced level or with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in these areas; must also handle Cisco and/or Huawei routers as well as firewalls. Strong ability to connect, install, and maintain input/output devices and peripherals; corrective and preventive maintenance for PCs; installation and maintenance of LAN and WAN networks, both wireless and physical; experience in networking and telephony. Certifications in MS365 and ITSM platforms.
