Work Locations: Galerías Monterrey or Paseo San Pedro NO SEASONAL CONTRACT – Opportunity for an Indefinite-Term Contract Your Responsibilities: Serve as advisor and guide for our customers to help them find the best technology products and services (cases, licensing, software, hardware, accessories, etc., for computing and telecommunications). Achieve sales targets and earn more!! Report your accomplishments and activities — we love recognizing effort! Requirements: Interest in sales and technology Service-oriented attitude and excellent customer service skills Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with mid-week rest days. Desirable: Knowledge of or interest in technical support and equipment repair Familiarity with Windows/Mac, Microsoft 365, antivirus software, and office suites We Offer: Base Salary starting at $11,700 gross monthly, paid biweekly Guaranteed Bonus of $2,000 for meeting objectives during the first 3 months (sales target between 30% and 50%) Attendance and Punctuality Bonus of up to $500–$1,500 per month Monthly commissions Performance-based bonuses Statutory benefits from day one.
