




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for technical support and incident resolution in .NET applications, monitoring, diagnosis, and data administration. Key Highlights: 1. Management of relational databases and optimization of SQL queries Job Responsibilities Technical Support and Incident Resolution Respond to and follow up on incidents and requests related to applications developed in .NET. Perform analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of .NET code to identify root causes of incidents. Implement minor development adjustments in code and database to resolve production incidents. Provide technical support to users, maintaining clear and service-oriented communication. Monitoring and Diagnosis Analyze logs in databases to detect errors, integration failures, or data inconsistencies. Review and respond to alerts from Azure Monitor / Application Insights. Support preventive diagnosis to avoid recurrence of incidents. Data Loading and Administration Perform direct information updates in databases, following established guidelines and controls. Execute bulk data loads (scripts, controlled processes). Validate data integrity and consistency after loads. Infrastructure Maintenance (Desirable) Support operational tasks on PaaS and serverless platforms. **Manage and support:** Secrets and certificates. Controlled service restarts. Basic access administration (RBAC) and Access Policies. Collaborate on SQL query optimization to improve application performance. Requirements Reside in Monterrey or be willing to relocate to Monterrey. General Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related field (graduated or intern). 1–3 years of experience in technical support roles involving application development or maintenance activities. Experience supporting end users and managing incidents (service-oriented approach). Required Technical Knowledge .NET / .NET Core development (minimum version 3\.5\). Ability to troubleshoot .NET code for analysis and correction of production incidents. Experience developing and consuming REST APIs. Proficiency with relational databases, primarily Microsoft SQL Server (preferred), as well as familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL. **Knowledge in:** Database log analysis. Basic SQL query optimization. Use of API testing and documentation tools such as Postman and Swagger. Experience with code versioning using GitHub and/or Azure DevOps.
