Maintain the electrical facilities across all hotel areas in perfect working condition, through strict adherence to the preventive maintenance program. Given constant market changes and for personal career growth, versatility and the ability to handle multiple tasks are strictly required. To ensure smooth hotel operations and service delivery, lateral transfers to other departments may occur. **Key Activities and Responsibilities** * Contribute maximally to overall Division satisfaction. * Participate in Performance Evaluations. **Functional Skills and Knowledge** * Fully comply with departmental service and quality standards. * Maintain facilities and equipment under your responsibility in optimal working condition. * Use operational equipment correctly. * Actively participate in the hotel’s maintenance programs. * Strictly comply with policies and procedures. * Care for and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas and guest rooms. * Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area. * Prepare a daily work plan, prioritizing urgent tasks. * Carry out preventive maintenance activities according to the established schedule. * Perform major repairs in the area with proper scheduling to minimize operational downtime. * Responsible for switching general lighting on and off, as well as verifying its correct operation in automated areas; if malfunctioning, promptly adjust accordingly—based on your assigned shift. * Collaborate at all times when the Sales and Events department requests electrical and/or decorative installations in designated areas. * Maintain equipment in optimal and timely order and cleanliness. * Respond promptly to urgent repair reports issued from consumption centers or other departments related to your area of responsibility. About You. * Ability to perform repairs and preventive services. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in this role. * Technical training in installations or maintenance / equivalent.
