Maintain an excellent work environment **A well-established religious goods company with over 10 branches is seeking new talent for the role of HR GENERALIST** We offer direct employment, a monthly gross salary of MXN 28,000 with full payroll registration and statutory benefits. **Learn about the position:** You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various branches through effective workforce management strategies, organizational design, and analysis and insights into turnover metrics. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Personnel administration * Identifying training needs * Internal communication * Handling notifications, inspections, and requirements from STPS, IMSS, and INFONAVIT * Measuring and maintaining a healthy work environment **Your primary challenge will be to ensure, through various tactics, a work climate that guarantees employee retention and productivity.** If you have at least **3 years of prior experience as an HR Generalist**, excellent communication skills, advanced **Excel proficiency**, experience working toward objectives, and reside within 20 minutes of downtown Monterrey, please send us your CV.
