Perform timely, safe, and efficient delivery of products to customers, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with established routes, traffic regulations, and company policies. Key Responsibilities * Operate delivery vehicles in accordance with traffic regulations and internal policies. * Deliver products on time and as scheduled according to the assigned route. * Inspect the condition of goods before loading and upon delivery. * Manage delivery documentation (delivery notes, invoices, waybills, photographic evidence, or signatures). * Provide courteous and professional customer service. * Conduct daily inspections of the assigned vehicle and report any malfunctions. * Safely load and unload cargo. * Maintain vehicle order and cleanliness. * Handle returns, exchanges, or incidents occurring during delivery routes. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
