* **INTERFACTURA**, a partner company of **Coparmex**, is looking for your talent as a **Managed Services Advisor (BPAAS)** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Software, or related field * Knowledge of SQL databases and Power BI * Conversational English * Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday Responsibilities: * Handle customer escalation cases, ensuring timely and proper resolution. * Proactively review pending monitoring alerts and tickets. * Analytical ability to diagnose and identify root causes of operational issues. * Support internal departments with requests or operational needs of our clients. * Follow up and maintain action plans with operational teams and third-level support teams (Product/Development) to resolve issues. * Attend technical sessions with clients to address questions or technical incidents. * Validate project closure based on delivered documentation and artifacts. * Execute production releases.
