Job Objective: Creation, planning, control, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for a wide variety of industrial electronic products. Required Knowledge: * English proficiency (70%) * Production control and work system design. * Planning, modeling, and automation of manufacturing processes. * Methodologies for improving production processes (TPS, TPM, TQM, MBO). * Tools for process optimization (tak\-time (just in time), pull systems, SMED, visual factory, 5s, VSM, Kaizen, Kanban, integrated logistics, 7 Lean Wastes). * Quality control of manufacturing processes. * Intermediate computer skills (MS Office). Responsibilities: * Conceptualization, design, and establishment of manufacturing methods. * Planning and control of production processes (Master Production Schedule). * Implementation of principles and methodologies for improving existing processes and workflows. * Definition of tools, formats, and indicators for process and procedure optimization. * Management of preventive, corrective, and reactive actions across all manufacturing processes. * Supervision of tasks related to the supply chain (material procurement, inventory control and design). * Participation in reducing the environmental impact of production operations. * Standardization and application of quality controls to manufacturing systems. * Investigation and resolution of operational issues. * Documentation and reporting.
