




Job Summary: Coordinate and efficiently manage procurement activities, monitor inventory levels, and keep supplier and product information up to date to ensure operational support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficiently manages purchase orders and tracks them with suppliers. 2. Maintains inventory control and updates databases. 3. Performs comprehensive supplier management, from onboarding to archiving. • Manage purchase orders. • Track purchase orders (by phone, email, etc.). • Request quotations and catalogs. • Monitor stock levels in certain warehouses. • Archive invoices, purchase orders, and payment receipts. • Request payment supplements from suppliers. • Contact suppliers. • Keep supplier files up to date. • Onboard new suppliers. • Update databases. • Generate reports. • Receive and inspect purchased goods. • Assign new product codes. • Provide support to internal users. • Control expenses in the system. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 30 years old Knowledge: Document filing, Database, Procurement, Quotations, Procurement management, Organization, Microsoft Office, Tracking, Price analysis Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, purchasing assistant, procurement assistant, shopping, purchases, orders, acquisition, procurement
