Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in plastic injection, problem analysis, and machinery operation, possessing skills in programming, product validation, and 3D software handling. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in plastic injection and molding of parts 2. Knowledge of robot programming and machine setup 3. Skills in problem analysis and product validation Minimum 2 years of experience in the plastic injection process. • Plastic Injection and Molding Process • Problem analysis • Injection materials (types of resin) • Machine systems, setup parameters, and injection operation • Robot programming • Injection machine startup, programming, and adjustments • Part filling analysis • Mold safety adjustment • End-of-arm tooling programming • Knowledge of acceptance and rejection criteria for injection-molded parts (appearance parts) • Proficiency in 3D software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) • Familiarity with and participation in FMEA VDA/AIAG tools • New product validation and startup • Knowledge of acceptance and rejection criteria for injection-molded parts (appearance parts) • Mold operation • Types of molds and their operation • Decision-making • Teamwork • Leadership • Proactivity • Office software proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $21,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
