At CTM Querétaro, in partnership with Hilex, we are seeking a Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapist to provide psychological care to employees. Responsibilities * Provide individual psychotherapy. * Conduct psychological assessments and follow-ups. * Prepare clinical records and notes. * Promote strategies for stress management, anxiety reduction, and emotional well-being. * Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology (degree completed and professional license held). * Training or experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. * Experience in individual clinical practice. * Proficient in therapeutic interviews and follow-up procedures.
