Process Quality Engineer

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate advanced quality planning, optimize processes, and present results to management and customers in a global materials and components company. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of advanced quality planning and process optimization. 2. Leadership and negotiation with internal and external customers. 3. Expertise in CORE tools, AIAG, and IATF 16949 / VDA. LG Innotek, Korea's first electronic components company, is a global materials and components company actively fostering world-class products through continuous technological development and process innovation. **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions, with automotive industry experience required. * Coordinates advanced quality planning. * Ability to negotiate and lead with internal customers/suppliers and external customers. * Interpretation of GD\&T design drawings and blueprints. * Proficiency in CORE Tools and AIAG. * Expertise in problem analysis and resolution techniques. * Process and material flow optimization. * Proficiency in IATF 16949 / VDA technical specifications and knowledge of quality project activities and portal management. * Control of process and product changes. * Solid knowledge of statistics and lean manufacturing. * Presentation of results and solution alternatives to management and customers. * Efficient management of assigned resources. * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $19,000\.00 \- $32,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you hold a valid passport and visa?
