Take the next step in your career with us. **Responsibilities** * Resolve technical incidents, service tickets, and routine operational requests * Provide standby support within US CST business hours and during urgent outages * Introduce minor updates, perform technical refreshes, and maintain Java service health * Rectify backend service issues and expand REST API functionality * Perform unit testing on new development and system changes * Direct change requests from proposal through to deployment sign\-off * Enforce quality standards with consistent code reviews and effective CI processes * Engage in daily stand\-ups, status transitions, and collaborative meetings * Coach developers and distribute technical expertise * Aid offshore teams in eliminating impediments and prioritizing work queues * Work with peers to ensure client service goals are achieved * Seek continuous improvements in support practices **Requirements** * Over 5 years of professional experience with Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and SQL * Leadership experience with ability to manage cross\-functional technical teams * Background in large\-scale enterprise production support * Knowledge of API frameworks and microservices architecture * Exceptional reasoning and troubleshooting skills * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Proactive work style and accountability for deliverables * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) proficiency in English * Bachelor's qualification in Computer Science or related field * Master's qualification preferred **Nice to have** * Hands\-on with Java Microservice Infrastructure * Practical knowledge of Spring Core
