Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Support Analyst to ensure proper and timely technical support, equipment installation, and the establishment of best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure timely support and maintenance for infrastructure. 2. Train staff on the use of basic applications. 3. We are looking for an **Infrastructure Support Analyst** for our company **Ahorros Bienestar**. **By joining us, your responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring that technical support is delivered accurately and promptly. * Installing computer equipment and printers. * Monitoring corrective and preventive maintenance plans. * Creating user guides and training non-IT staff on basic applications, as well as supporting internal staff inquiries. * Installing or supervising hardware installation with required base software, and responding to user queries. * Establishing best practices across the entire technical support process. * Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly technical support productivity reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in: Computer Systems, Informatics, Information Technologies, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the role (networks, telecommunications, equipment maintenance and repair). * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard vehicle (mandatory). **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers. * 10% savings fund. * Major medical expense insurance. * Savings fund and savings box. * Hybrid work model (in-office and remote, with one remote day per week).
