What will you do? * Coordinate and supervise on-site security personnel. * Ensure compliance with instructions, security protocols, and access controls. * Detect risks and respond to incidents promptly. * Maintain direct communication with the client. * Prepare clear reports on service-related events. * Verify that the team works with discipline, professional appearance, and order. * Support staff training and follow-up. What we are looking for in you * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (completed or incomplete) in Security, Criminology, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in property or private security. * Experience coordinating work teams. * Knowledge of security protocols and access control. * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and decision-making capability. * Flexible availability for shift work.
