Analyzes and resolves operational and quality issues **Industrial Engineer / Productive Systems Engineer** * **Gender:** Unspecified * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Productive Systems Engineering (certified) * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar position **Position Objective** Ensure compliance with quality and customer service standards through efficient process management, quality control, billing follow-up, and project development, guaranteeing continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Analysis and resolution of operational and quality issues. * Customer interaction and negotiation. * Billing review and follow-up. * Preparation of quotations. * Management and follow-up of internal and external audits. * Implementation and monitoring of processes under ISO 9001\. * Supervision of inspection and quality control processes. * Coordination of sorting, inspection, rework, and containment of non-conforming products. * Preparation and follow-up of quality alerts. * Development and implementation of new projects. * Data analysis and interpretation for decision-making. * Management and supervision of operational staff. **Technical Knowledge** * Quality management systems. * Inspection and quality control. * Audit processes. * Data analysis and report preparation. * Project management. **Competencies and Skills** * Strong analytical ability. * Leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Organization and follow-up capabilities.
