Key Responsibilities * Greet and bid farewell to customers with kindness and professionalism. * Manage reservations and accurately enter information into the system. * Apply service and customer care protocols. * Assist with payments and simultaneous guest attention. * Resolve issues quickly and effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction. * Maintain order, control, and an outstanding image at the reception area.
