




Growing family-owned company with a headcount of 145 employees, serving various business units, seeks a Human Resources Manager. Main responsibilities: * Direct reports: Payroll clerk, recruiters, Training and Organizational Development, cleaning staff and security guards) * Coordinate and supervise recruitment, selection and hiring processes for operational and administrative personnel. * Design and coordinate training, development, performance evaluation and workplace climate programs. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and salary adjustments; reconcile IDSE\-SUA reports and respond to authority requests. * Administer labor relations, implementation of the Internal Work Regulations, administrative minutes and terminations. * Supervise payroll processing, payroll incidents, severance settlements and obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT and FONACOT. * Implement salary, wage, compensation and incentive policies. * Handle labor inspections and coordinate information with accounting and legal firms. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Occupational Psychology, Business Administration or related field. * Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple business units is essential. * Personnel management expertise is mandatory. * Minimum 7 years’ experience as HR MANAGER (supervising HR department staff). * Solid knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, IMSS, INFONAVIT, labor relations and organizational development. * Leadership, negotiation, analytical, organizational and stress tolerance skills. * Excellent communication skills and results-oriented mindset. * Valid driver’s license.
