We are a company committed to the well-being of our patients and the development of our team. **Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma or technical degree in Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * Basic knowledge of electricity (use of multimeter, basic connections, fault identification). * Proficiency in handling manual and electric tools. * Minimum maintenance experience preferred (professional internships or social service). * Flexible availability of working hours. * Attitude of learning, responsibility, and commitment. Responsibilities: * Support in preventive and corrective maintenance of optical laboratory machinery (edgers, blockers, lensometers, groovers, polishers, and compressors). * Basic diagnosis of electrical and mechanical failures. * Technical cleaning and minor adjustments on equipment. * Replacement of basic components under supervision. * Service documentation in logbook. * Support in installation and functional testing. We Offer: * Gross monthly salary: $12,000 per month * Statutory benefits: Vacation, year-end bonus, profit sharing * **Training:** A 3-month training period, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * ***Regular working hours after training***: Monday to Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Health benefits: Discounts on laboratory tests, medical consultations, nutritionist services, and psychologist services. * Support for further studies and English classes.
