Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create promotional materials, visual content, and develop brand identity, with a focus on digital marketing and UI/UX. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of promotional and digital materials for real estate properties 2. Digital marketing and social media management, including competitor analysis 3. User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design **REQUIREMENTS** · Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design · Proficiency with computers, graphic tablets, printers and scanners, digital cameras, presentation equipment, and collaboration software · Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch, CorelDRAW, etc. **EXPERIENCE** * Creation of a wide range of promotional and digital materials effectively highlighting properties and the company’s brand * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay current with the latest market trends * Design of promotional materials (for real estate properties, e.g., brochures, posters, billboards, flyers, etc.) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Define digital marketing, social media, and online community objectives; monitor brand presence * Develop and maintain a publication calendar for each social media platform * Generate digital communications to build relationships with the community, influencers, customers, and users interested in our content * Analyze the activities of the brand’s main competitors * Identify industry influencers and opinion leaders to establish synergies and build relationships * Monitor all key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly tracking reports * Graphic Designer * File editing; creation of graphic materials * UI design (websites, apps, digital platforms—visually appealing and functional for users) * UX design (ensuring smooth and satisfying interactions with digital products by optimizing usability and accessibility) * Image and photo editing (manipulating and enhancing images using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator) * Brand identity development * Development of a brand’s visual identity, including logo design, layouts, color palettes, and typography * Visual content production (creating engaging visual content for use on social media, blogs, emails, and other digital channels) **WE OFFER** Salary: $10,000 net Statutory benefits Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 6:30 pm Location: Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan Position type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
