Feyel Company, located at Parque Industrial Bernardo Quintana in Querétaro, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Construction Supervisor with experience in steel structures. Construction Supervisor Responsible for supervising, monitoring, and tracking on-site work in accordance with project timelines. **Profile** Age: 23 to 35 years old. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Skills and competencies: teamwork, work organization, proactivity, excellent organizational skills, personnel administration, proficiency in Microsoft software and engineering programs. Minimum experience: 1 year in similar positions or activities within the steel structure and rolling industry. Proficiency in Office Suite and AutoCAD. **Responsibilities** * Manage site activities by defining tasks, objectives, and priorities. * Supervise construction projects from initiation through to completion. * Address client requirements. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and corresponding solutions. * Maintain close communication with execution crews across all project stages. * Implement and supervise safety culture jointly with the area responsible. * Present progress updates. * Monitor expenses. * Submit weekly reports aligned with weekly objectives and present results. **What We Offer** * Direct employment with the company. * Attractive salary based on experience: $4,000 to $5,000 per week. * Medium-term growth and development opportunities. * Dynamic work environment. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
