At **Vialli Grupo Inmobiliario**, we are looking for an **Office Manager and HR Intern** to support the administrative organization of the office and key Human Resources processes, contributing to the team’s smooth operation and the employee experience. **Position Objective** Provide support in administrative, operational, and Human Resources activities, ensuring order, control, and follow-up of internal processes, as well as appropriate management of the work environment. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Support in general office administrative activities. * Management and control of **office supplies** (inventory, orders, suppliers). * Support in **space organization and internal logistics**. * Support in **recruitment and selection processes** (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination). * Maintenance and updating of **employee files**. * Support in **onboarding and orientation processes**. * Follow-up on **administrative and HR documentation**. * Support in organizing **internal events and organizational culture initiatives**. * Basic database and reporting control. **Requirements** * Student pursuing a degree in **Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field**. * Availability for part-time work (preferably mornings). * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)**. * Interest in administrative areas is desirable. **Benefits and Training** * Financial stipend ($4,000 monthly) * Academic practice or social service credit * Opportunity for learning and development * Excellent work environment Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Did you read the location and financial support offered in the job posting?
