Important international company is looking for: **UX/UI Specialist** We offer: Monthly salary of 25,000 - 28,000 Statutory benefits + SGMM **Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (2-hour lunch break)** **100% on-site at PERISUR CDMX** Interested candidates: Please send your CV through this platform **UX/UI Specialist** **Technical Skills:** * Figma: One of the most widely used tools today for interface design and prototyping. * Adobe XD: Another popular tool for UX/UI design. * Solid knowledge of UX/UI: * User research. * Information architecture. * Interaction design. * Visual design. * Usability and accessibility principles. * Wireframe and prototype creation. * Knowledge of design systems. * Usability testing with Maze: experience conducting usability tests using Maze to validate design and user experience. * Agile methodologies: familiarity and experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. **Real project experience:** * Strong portfolio demonstrating skills and experience. * Ability to explain the design process and decisions made. * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams. * Responsive design: ability to create interfaces that adapt to different screen sizes and devices. **Soft Skills:** * Effective communication: * Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely. * Skill in presenting and defending designs. * Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others. * Critical thinking and problem solving: * Ability to analyze problems and propose creative solutions. * Attention to detail. * Adaptability to change. * Proactive attitude and continuous learning. * Interest in staying updated on the latest UX/UI trends. * Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
