Job mission: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest food quality standards. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** STPS occupational safety regulations, risk management, **completion of IPERC Matrices**, valid DC3 certifications under STPS regulations. Knowledge of food safety and food hygiene. **Responsibilities:** Support the development and implementation of food safety policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices. Occupational Safety Management: Identify and assess workplace hazards, conduct inspections, and develop safety protocols to prevent accidents at assigned work sites.
