We are seeking a new business affiliation leader for our organization in the last-mile package delivery area (Amazon Logistics). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing program expansion through new business affiliations within an assigned area. Businesses that join the program in your area will provide package delivery services to customers who purchase from Amazon's online store. Key job responsibilities * Work in the field to identify and affiliate new businesses within your assigned territory. * Maintain control and tracking of 45 to 50 partners. * Identify opportunities and areas for improvement with customers within the delivery process. * Visit affiliated businesses periodically to maintain communication and engagement. * Create heat maps to visualize zones within your territory where new business affiliations are needed. * Clarify expectations, provide clear communication, and maintain effective relationships with affiliated businesses in your territory. * Work with affiliates in your territory to improve operational aspects impacting customer experience. * Enhance engagement with affiliates to increase their retention. * Ensure store placement volume, as well as contribute to their training for package delivery. \#AmazonMexico**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * High school or equivalent * 1\+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications * \+2 years of experience in sales / pre\-sales **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * \+1 years of experience in field team roles Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
