




**Position Profile: Content \& Activation Designer** **Area**: Marketing and Communication **Location:** San Jerónimo, Monterrey, N.L. On-site/Hybrid (Saturday) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am to 1:00pm (remote) **Requires:** Personal vehicle **Position Objective** Design and produce visual content—graphic, photographic, and video—that expresses the essence and purpose of the group's brands, driving their commercial growth and emotional connection with the audience. This role combines creativity, strategy, and aesthetic sensitivity with an entrepreneurial mindset: we are looking for someone who takes ownership of the project, proposes ideas, and transforms our brands' visual identity into memorable experiences. **Main Responsibilities** · Design and produce graphic and audiovisual content with a commercial and aesthetic focus. · Lead content sessions (concept, moodboard, visual direction, and execution). · Adapt materials for performance campaigns on Meta, Google, and marketplaces. · Develop visual guidelines and graphic storytelling for each brand. · Analyze results and propose creative optimizations based on metrics. · Identify visibility opportunities (activations, collaborations, PR, partnerships). · Collaborate on key product launches and marketing campaigns. **Required Profile** We are looking for someone with a creative mindset and entrepreneurial attitude who enjoys proposing, experimenting, and turning ideas into tangible results. A person who combines aesthetic vision with commercial thinking and wants to grow alongside the brand. · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or related fields. · Proven experience in design, digital content creation, or commercial branding. · Ability to propose ideas and independently execute visual projects. · High aesthetic standards and sensitivity for photography and video. · Personal vehicle required (for travel to shoots, activations, or locations). **Knowledge and Skills** · Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. · Premiere, CapCut, or similar video editing tools. · Professional photo editing and visual composition. · Basic knowledge of digital campaigns and ad formats. · Planning and management of photo shoots. · Visual storytelling and brand conceptualization. · Creative project management (from concept to delivery). · Identification of commercial visibility opportunities (events, collaborations, PR). · Organization, effective communication, and sense of urgency. **Key Competencies** · Initiative and sense of ownership. · Ability to propose and execute autonomously. · Aesthetic vision aligned with commercial strategy. · Strategic creativity and visual thinking. · Flawless execution and results orientation. **Why Join Our Team** You will become part of a growing group of brands with an artistic, healthy, and conscious focus.
